Executive Vice President, People Portfolio & Total Experience Dennis leads the teams that are responsible for the firm's People Portfolio and Total Experience areas - Northwater's unique versions of Human Resources and Administrative Support. Dennis and his teams focus on matching the needs of the best professionals with the needs of a strong, growing organization and ensuring opportunities for continuous personal and professional growth of everyone in the organization. Dennis also directs the team responsible for ensuring clients, employees, and suppliers receive excellent care and service in every aspect of their experience with the firm. Dennis's background includes 15 years in human resources management and over 12 years in executive search. He has held senior roles in industry, government, and professional practice, including positions with Canada Employment and Immigration, General Mills Canada Inc., PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (formerly Coopers & Lybrand), Korn/Ferry International, and most recently, Deloitte & Touche LLP where he was director, national recruitment. Dennis holds a BA in sociology from York University. He is a Certified Management Consultant and a Certified Human Resources Professional (Canada).
