The Northwater Five-Year Market-Neutral Trust (the "Trust") is a closed-end fund that invests in a diversified portfolio targeting mainly "market-neutral" hedge funds. Units of the Trust trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: NYF.UN).

Established in July 2004, the Trust's expected termination date is June 30, 2009.
